My Biography
Dr. Linares has expertise in West African agrarian systems, ecological processes affecting human settlements, economies of underdevelopment and women’s subsistence activities. Dr. Linares has conducted numerous research projects on agrarian practices among Jola of Senegal and paleoecological reconstructions of subsistence processes in Africa and Central America.
