My Biography
I have a Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology and have worked in evaluation and policy-related settings since the 1980s, including 30 years with the federal government, 3 years with New York City government, and 1 year with a private management consulting firm. Since 2017, I have been working as a consultant through GAO, the World Bank, and the United Nations.
