My Biography
I have experience as professor and department head in small liberal arts colleges (BA), as well as large university departments (MA program), in the US and in Mexico, in anthropology departments and anthropology-sociology departments. I have worked on accreditation reviews for my own institutions, and as external reviewer. I helped design and form successful environmental and public health programs. I was trained in 4 field anthropology, and have worked in joint and cultural departments. My position is that reviews should be a learning and formative opportunity that improve educational institutions.
