My Biography
Jeff leads all aspects of donor engagement and membership services, with a strong emphasis on building relationships that reflect the values of the AAA’s mission and grow the Association’s impact. This role oversees major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and stewardship efforts—working closely with leadership to cultivate meaningful connections and ensure member and donor support strengthens anthropology’s influence in research, education, and public life.
He brings a wealth of experience to the table having worked for the non-profit, private, and government sectors as well as community-based groups around the world, including Peace Corps and The Nature Conservancy. A graduate from Arizona State University, he worked as a journalist before going into public affairs and has won awards from the Public Relations Society of America and the New Jersey Press Association. In his off hours, Jeff enjoys a good bottle of wine, playing his guitar, and singing loudly when no one else is around.
