My Biography
Jennifer Raff (Ph.D. anthropology and biology, Indiana University) is an Associate Professor in Anthropology and Affiliate Faculty in the Indigenous Studies Program at the University of Kansas. Her research focuses on genetic variation and population histories of Indigenous peoples in the North American Arctic and Great Plains. She is active in public scholarship through books, social media, podcasts, and articles for the general public on diverse topics including genetics, race, science literacy, Indigenous histories, and research ethics.
